Orders may ONLY be cancelled for a full refund within 8 hours of your purchase.

  • If your order was placed via Paypal, your funds will be returned to you in the same fashion.

  • If your order was placed via credit card, once the funds have cleared, your funds will be refunded to your card.

SHIPPING

Please allow 4-8 weeks for orders to be processed and shipped unless indicated as a pre-sale or pre-order item where in which you will be required to read the specific description for that item.

All shipments receive tracking-numbers and are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS), interconnected with Canada Post for Canadian orders. Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are issued via email, ‘85 Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages ( including labels not scanned by USPS or Canada Post.)

‘85 Apparel is not responsible for any duties that may be incurred on delivery.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting a final order.

‘85 Apparel is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or delivered to a location other than the one indicated, provided that the shipping address is correct on the order invoice.

Returned packages can be re-shipped for a $10 USD re-processing fee paid by the customer.

Customer must respond to correspondence re: returned packages within 10 business days.

Packages that are returned due to incorrect shipping address will pay fees to through PayPal or Interac E-Transfer within 10 business days.

‘85 Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays.

ORDER STATUS

Please ONLY inquire about the status of your order if eight (8) weeks or more has passed since your order was placed. Email info@85apparel.clothing, No question is too small. Please allow two (2) business days for a response to your inquiry.

*A business day is considered every official working day of the week: Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE

Lost and/or stolen packages are insured under the shipping carrier. ’85 Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or marked delivered by the United States Postal Service or Canada Post. If you suspect that your package has been stolen, and your tracking number says delivered, please contact your local USPS or Canada Post Branch and file a claim.

Please let us know if your package was lost so that we may advocate for you. In your email, please include your claims number from USPS or Canada Post. Thank you so much for your support!
